I have successfully loaded the WatchOut app on my Vivoactive 3, Garmin Express says my Software Version 3.40 is up to date.
I have created an account online,
I scanned, copied and pasted the barcode from my Kroger card, successfully adding it to my account.
I have carefully added my username and password into the WatchOut app in Garmin Connect on my smartphone.
When I select the WatcOut app on the Vivoactive 3, I can see the screen that says I am on Watchout version 7.5 for about one second then the next screen pops up and says, " No cards present Please synchronize Tap to continue" when I tap I get the "IQ!" and the device freezes. I have double checked password and username, synched and restarted the device multiple times but the result is always the same. How can I get the app to see my card?
