Watchout 5.6.1. I had Watchout working before, but now I'm having problems getting it to work. It asks me to insert my username or email and password on the web site. I've done that (tried both email/passwd and username/passwd), and I've set the username and password in the settings through Garmin Connect (tried both web and mobile). A couple of times the watch has said that it is downloading but then after a while it displayed the IQ logo with an exclamation mark in a circle (I assume this is an indication that some sort of error has occurred). I have attempted to attach an image of the error message.
I've tried removing the app from the watch and re-adding it. I've tried powering down the watch and powering it back up. Nothing I've tried has resolved the issue.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this? Thanks much!
